You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and requests for assistance from our business partners and customers, ensuring they have the crucial information and help they need to install and use our products. In detail
New full time employees are given two (2) weeks of vacation time which increases to three (3) weeks after three (3) years and four (4) weeks after ten (10) years.
Vision care insurance
Deister offers VSP Vision Care for your eyecare needs. It is offered to employees and their dependents. At this time Deister pays 50% of the cost. Participation is optional. An employee is eligible the first of the month, following the date of employment.
Deister offers United Healthcare Choice EPO Gold 600 for medical and prescription coverage. It is offered to employees and dependents. At this time deister pays 90% of the cost. Participation is optional. An employee is eligible the first of the month following the date of employment.
Deister offers Delta Dental PPO for dental coverage. It is offered to employees and their dependents. At this time Deister pays 50% of the cost. Participation is optional. An employee is eligible the first of the month following the date of employment.
Deister has set up a relationship with AXA Equitable for your retirement savings. Employees are eligible to join after ninety (90) days of employment. Currently Deister contributes 2.5% of an employee’s salary into the plan. The employee may contribute up to an additional 12.5% which is up to the employee to decide. We will arrange for you to meet with our AXA Equitable representative to discuss your needs.
Deister offers Colonial Life for life insurance policy. It is offered only to employees at this time. The benefit is $40,000.00. At age 70, this benefit is reduced to 65%, at which time the premium will also be reduced. Deister pays 50% of the cost. Participation is optional. An employee is eligible the first of the month following the date of employment.
